First day at isdi was pretty charged up. The class began with a movie named ,”LOVING VINCENT” which is an hand painted film about the life of a painter Vincent Van Gogh,and his mysterious death. The film was written by Dorota Kobiela and Hugh Welchman which was very inspiring. all the paintings were just perfect . In the second half of the drawing lecture I learnt more about lines, we were asked to make free going and smooth lines until perfect, we also learnt how to make perfect circles without the help of a compass, in the start I wasn’t able to make straight lines but later sir explained to move my entire hand instead of the wrist, in the end I succeeded . later the teacher asked us to sketch any thing that came in your mind. I drew my journey from home to isdi, and I made few quick sketches too. first day went really well.
