I have selected technical drawing as my elective because it will help me to improve my drawing skills and also because I am pursuing interior design. Sir started the class by introducing himself and also shared some knowledge about his past experiences and his work. And then later asked us to introduce ourselves. He briefly explained why communication is very important to us and how does it play a crucial role in our life. There after he I learnt about the uses, type and sizes of pencils and also more about different sizes of paper and what are their uses. thereafter we were given a brief knowledge on different types of tools like scale, eraser, roller scale, French curve , protractor, divider, compass, set square, T scale and many more. the class ended with the explanation of different types of lines i.e. dimensions, object line, hidden line, projection line, center line, section line and curve lastly we learnt how to divide the line into two equal halves with the help of a rounder. todays class was a lot interactive and we had fun.
