In today’s class Gradient Tool was introduced to us. The gradient tool is all about blending out two images to give a realistic look .there are many types of options like in this tool like simple pastel, gradients, metal etc you can even create your own gradients and save it too. There are five types of gradients that are linear, radial, conical, reflection and diamond gradient tool.

In the other half of today’s class, we learned about the magic wand tool. This tool is similar to the lasso tool it helps one to cut any image out only if the background has a solid colour. it is time-consuming and it’s very helpful.

Lastly, we learnt more about the Clipmask tool too. a clipping mask is basically a group of layers to which a mask is applied. The bottommost layer, or base layer, defines the visible boundaries of the entire group. in this process, the image needs to be rasterized first.
