Fourth week of integrative seminar started with the discussion of the chapter two from Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka. The class discussed about all the events that took place in this chapter. while miss noted down all of the points. later we also did a comparison on how Gregors life changed from chapter one to chapter two. we learned that Gregor had started accepting his transformation and was ready to adopt his new body. we also studied more deep into other characters of this book. In the second half miss asked us that what do you mean by the word “theme”, then questioned the class to guess the theme of the book. We ended the class by learning more about these two words i.e. ALIANATION AND ISOLATION. (we found out its meaning and difference ). todays class was a lot interactive and I enjoyed a lot.
