6TH FEBUARY 2020.
This week the class with the discussion of the first drafts for our book. we got the brief for the chapter that had to be added – with word limit being 300-500 words and adding design elements to the chapter the same way, Calvino’s book had. I began with the outlining the layout of the chapters and dividing the narrative into 6 chapters, the division is done in a such a way that the story unravels itself one after the other, starting from the beginning where i describe the city of ajker .I began typing out my first chapter, which basically talks about the living city and how the city describes the people
The writing part is tricky, specially when writing fiction, it is difficult to find the right balance between reality and imagination and how to put you vision into words, after struggling a lot I finally figured out how my story was supposed to be
