In the eighth week of objects as history we had to do the submissions of the timeline. I chose jewellery as my main topic of research . The civilizations I covered were Egyptian, south America, Indus valley, china, Greece, Celts, Etruscan, Europe, Rome, Maya. This entire process gave me an accurate insight into the meaning and reason behind the various jewelleries. I learnt about the evolution of the jewelleries, how different civilizations wore different kind of jewellery and had a motive behind them.
