today was the day where I converted the abstracted grips into prototypes with the help of any materials of our choice. I explored new materials and understood its properties. the entire process of making 3 different prototypes was fun and even I learnt a lot for todays class.
In the first prototype I tried using wire and a file card. with the help of a file card I made the base of my prototype where on the other hand I made the fingers with a wire
To explore more, I used terracotta clay as my material. I used this material for the first time. the terracotta gave a great support and a smooth finish. I also used wire for support.
For my third prototype I used m-seal which was not easy to work with as it dries up quickly, so I had to make the model in minimum time. I also used wire for support.
